Executive Summary

The 2022 – 2027 Strategic Plan for the Ballan & District Chamber of Commerce has been developed to establish the future directions to activate Ballan by encouraging visitors and support businesses.

Recently the Ballan & District Chamber of Commerce began the process of starting to think of their local businesses as a shopping centre rather than individuals so they can approach collectively marketing and promoting the area as such.

Ballan Arboretum

Ballan is investing in trees for the future. The Chamber of Commerce supports the Ballan Arboretum Group in their vision for Ballan to become Australia’s first town within an arboretum. In its simplest form an arboretum is a place with trees.
